TERMS & CONDITIONS

GENERAL

1] All sales are final. Items sold are non refundable, non returnable and non exchangeable.

2] The actual colors you see depend on your monitor setting, thus, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will accurately reflect the color of product on delivery.

3] Tatayeyet does not have any outlet store. We are an online shop, hence we are able to maintain low overhead cost and pass the savings to you.

4] Our business hours are from 10.00am to 8.00pm daily. For any urgent matters, kindly sms or whatsapp us and we will try our best to respond in timely manner. Thank you.

6] All prices are subject to change without prior notice


DESIGN / ARTWORK

1] The design process will commence once your deposit is received. Kindly allow us 5 - 7 working days to revert with the first draft.

2] You will be notified via email as soon as design drafts are available. It is your responsibility to proof-read and verify the accuracy of the information.

3] Two (2) artworks will be provided for you to choose with three (3) revisions allowed.

4] Colours may look different on each computer monitor. Please note different types of printers may have different colour outputs, so slight variations in colour may occur. Our printer uses CMYK colour mode.

5] All artwork requests must be in clear, concise writing via email or form on our website. This means, you and Tatayeyet can look back over emails for clarification if needed.

6] Tatayeyet will not take design instruction or changes via telephone.

7] Payment as follows;
    - 50% non refundable deposit of the quoted amount to commence the design project
    - 25% is due after 3 rounds of changes/revisions have been complete AND
    - 25% is due on the day of delivery

8] The project deposit is non refundable, and if a project is cancelled by you, for whatever reason, the deposit will serve as a cancellation fee

9] If you change your mind, this deposit is non refundable. Tatayeyet endeavours to provide graphic and design services that meet and exceed your needs and expectations, but in the event of a change of mind by you, the initial 50% deposit is forfeited and acts as a cancellation fee. The deposit is to ensure Tatayeyet allocates time in the schedule to create work for you.

10] No final artwork or files will be delivered until final invoices are paid in full. Delivery of final artwork will be emailed to nominated email account

11] Construction files (unused concepts, revision files, fonts, Photoshop layered files, Adobe Illustrator files) remain the property of Tatayeyet Services.


HOW TO PURCHASE

1] Go through the items and pick your favorite(s).

2] Fill up the ORDER FORM provided or email us. Kindly be advised that we will not entertain any phone or sms reservation as all tracking of our orders are done via email.

3] Kindly allow a couple of days for us to respond for confirmation on items availability.

4] Your order will only be processed once the deposit payment is received. Kindly allow at least 5 - 7 working days for us to work on your order unless specified otherwise. You will be notified via email should the order takes longer than 5 days.


PAYMENT TERMS

1] All sales are final. Upon confirmation and payment, no changes or cancellations can be made.

2] Deposit paid is not refundable and will be forfeited if one decided to cancel the order thereafter.

3] We accept payments via cash, bank transfers and Paypal only.



SHIPPING & DELIVERY

1] Shipping fee is not included. Kindly be informed that a minimal fee will be charged according to the items' weight and postage location.

2] Tatayeyet will not be responsible for any lost or damage during delivery. We will email you the tracking number once the item is delivered.

3] Kindly ensure that your shipping address / location is correct and please be informed that the service secures the signature of the addressee or the addressee's representative upon delivery. If you received a notice left by the postman, please pick up your package at post office indicated or arrange redelivery AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Otherwise, it will be considered as unclaimed and return after 15 days (or 30 days).

4] We do not provide delivery, except for small orders at Uptown Danau Kota and Sunway Pyramid Mall. We are located at PV10, Taman Danau Kota, Setapak, Kuala Lumpur. Please refer to the map to know where we are.
